Sales Manager – Lisbon

EQS Global, which operates in the areas of inspection, auditing, testing and certification, is looking for a Sales Manager to join its Business Development unit in Lisbon.

  • Prospecting, promoting and negotiating services.
  • Arranging and carrying out visits to potential clients to present the Group’s services and following up afterwards.
    Building customer loyalty, contributing to account growth and detecting other needs.
  • Presenting and negotiating proposals for commercial collaboration, following company policies.
  • Identifying other business opportunities.
  • Monitoring and controlling commercial indicators.
    Meeting objectives.
  • Higher education relevant to the role.
  • Experience in the commercial area in the B2B segment (eliminatory factor).
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity for organisation, autonomy and rigour.
  • Knowledge of English, spoken and written (eliminatory factor);
  • Proficiency in Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and use of CRM.
  • Excellent team player, spirit of mutual help and companionship.
  • High sense of commitment and dedication (total autonomy, total responsibility);
  • Driving licence (eliminating factor).
  • Availability for national travel (visits to clients, meetings with colleagues from other areas).
