Energy Manager – Alcântara (Lisbon)

We are looking for an Energy Manager to join our technical team in Alcântara.

  • Ensuring the collection, processing and production of information required in the energy management process.
  • Periodically monitoring the set of energy analysers, analysing the final data, and correcting any errors at source.
  • Checking invoice data on electricity consumption to detect possible deviations.
  • Responding to requests from suppliers whenever necessary (readings, scheduling visits, outages, etc.).
  • Developing energy efficiency indicators.
  • Estimating future energy consumption/costs.
  • Analysing performance data from the company’s energy production facilities currently in operation.
  • Processing reactive energy data.
  • Providing technical support for the development of energy performance indicators, studying relevant variables and their influence on energy performance, developing automatic monthly monitoring reports, and inserting new monitoring indicators.
  • Providing support in the maintenance of energy management system documents, keeping them up to date.
  • Developing algorithms in programming languages for automatic data collection.
  • Ensuring, whenever necessary, the performance of other duties and activities, in accordance with the contract manager’s guidelines.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar or similar data processing role (preferred).
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel, Power BI, and algorithm development skills in programming languages such as Python, SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Knowledge of English.

The person selected will spend 2 days on site and 3 days working remotely, per week.
