EQS was invited by Sonangol to prepare tailor-made Asset Management training programmes for middle management. Using state-of-the-art facilities and extreme experienced trainers, EQS developed real-based scenarios, in Portugal, to create unique experiences to trainees.
Several training actions were developed, in distinct knowledge areas, like Bunkering Operations and Management, Maintenance & Reliability Management, Construction Project Management, all with the same goals – to create a significant impact on people’s daily work and the company’s overall performance.
