Industrial Maintenance Manager – Sines

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Manager in Sines to strengthen our team.
- Define project goals, deadlines, and resources;
- Coordinate and oversee teams, materials, and preventive interventions;
- Ensure compliance with standards and prevent failures;
- Provide training to technicians and offer technical support;
- Evaluate performance and propose improvements;
- Conduct meetings with clients.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields;
- Experience or knowledge in Industrial Lubrication (preferred);
- Team management, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
