CONTINGENCY PLAN | COVID-19

With the context in which we currently live as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and following recommendations from the DGS, the EQS Global Group, recognizing the existing risks and with a view to mitigating them, has implemented a specific Contingency Plan with the following objectives:

• Ensure the service to our customers;
• Mitigate possible risks to the health of all employees, costumers, partners and, of course, to the community in general.

In view of the above, we inform you that we maintain our activity, guaranteeing the provision of services to our customers in safe conditions, minimizing as much as possible the impact of this situation on the activity of the EQS Global Group.

The EQS Global Group Contingency Plan will be reassessed whenever there are changes as a result of the assessment of the circumstances we are making at each moment.
