EQS has completed successfully, with zero accidents, the third-party safety supervision of Sines Refinery Shutdown.
The plant owner – the global energy company Galp – has given EQS the responsibility to carry out the overall Health & Safety coordination and supervision of the confined space, Rescue and Scaffolding works operations.
With a distilling capacity of 10.9 million tonnes a year, or 220,000 barrels a day, Sines refinery is one of the largest in Europe.
