WATER SECTOR | FUNCTIONAL ASSET VALUATION

As part of the ISO 55001 certification process, EQS Global was responsible for the functional assessment of the infrastructure of a large WWTP and WTP and the Capture, Lifting and Reservoir units.

The functional assessment focused on the performance and condition assessment of the assets so that the client could make decisions based on the performance, risk, and costs associated with the action plan.

The UNO digital platform was also associated with this evaluation with the Asset Portfolio, Asset Monitoring, and 3D Management modules. The main lift station was digitalized by laser scanning. The performance and condition of the lifting station were monitored remotely and permanently. This monitoring of more than 10 parameters enables an analytical analysis to determine correlations between parameters, predicting asset behaviour and anticipating possible failures.

This work lasted for 2 months and involved around 8 EQS consultants.
